Is voting limited to only 2000 voters?

@admin After 2,000 votes, the system is showing Vote Limit Reached,and now no one is able to vote for us. The voting system doesn’t seem to be working, but the voting period is supposed to continue until August 28. Has the voting actually closed already?

Thank you for reaching out and sharing your concern regarding the voting.

The voting platform has unfortunately reached its capacity earlier than anticipated. We understand the concern this may cause, particularly for teams that are still actively rallying support for their submissions.

As communicated earlier, the final assessment consists of 70% Evaluation and 30% Student Voting.

The evaluation remains the main component, focusing on the strength, originality, feasibility and potential impact of each submission. Voting solely is not the determining factor to identify next level teams.

We recognise the concern arising from the voting limitation and would like to assure you that the Organising Team is reviewing the situation to ensure that the final evaluation is conducted appropriately and fairly.

@admin Hi. Would it be possible to keep us informed if there are any new arrangements or updates regarding this? We were under the impression that the voting session would close tomorrow, and unfortunately, my team has only just started gathering support today. We would really appreciate any updates or flexibility regarding the timeline.
