Hi admin, I would like to clarify two things regarding the URIIS submission:

1. Student Choice Voting: May I know when our team’s Innovation Canvas will appear on the voting page for Student Choice voting? Will it appear automatically after our submission has been successfully received/approved?

2. Innovation Canvas Submission: The submission guidelines state that the A3 Innovation Canvas should be submitted in JPG/PNG format, but the submission page currently only allows PDF files. I am therefore unable to upload my Canvas in JPG/PNG format. Could you please advise how and where I should submit it?

@admin Hi because the submission require the poster to be submitted in pdf so hence I cannot submit in JPG or PNG format. I uploaded to Google Drive and pasted the URL in the submission. Is this okay?

Hi @admin , is it okay to put the idea submission and poster A3 in the google drive and paste the URL?
