Clarification on A3 Canvas Submission & Voting Platform

Hi, I would like to clarify the submission process for the A3 Innovation Canvas.
For our submission, we are planning to upload the A3 Canvas as a PNG file and provide it as a URL link in the submission form, so that the judges can access and download/view the Canvas from the link, since only pdf format file can be uploaded. Could you please confirm if this is the correct way to submit it?
I would also like to ask about the voting platform. I cannot currently find our team’s A3 Canvas there. Will the Canvas be manually uploaded/updated by the KOLAXUS team onto the voting platform after submission, or is there another step that we need to complete?

Hi @admin i want to ask if my team submission material has been sent, and is it okay if i put both material (idea submission and A3 poster) in google drive? The URL already filled in the box.
